During Your Subscription Term
All of our subscription plans come with a minimum one-year commitment. During this period:
Cancellations are not permitted.
Your subscription will remain active and billing will continue as agreed for the full term.
Early termination is not eligible for refunds, partial credits, or prorated billing.
This policy allows us to plan resources and support effectively for all of our customers.
After Your Term
You may request to cancel your subscription 30 days before your initial term ends.
To cancel, simply log into your account and submit a cancellation request or submit a cancellation request here before your next renewal date.
Once canceled, your subscription will not renew, and you’ll retain access until the end of your current billing cycle.
Reminder: If you do not cancel before your renewal date, your subscription will automatically renew for the next term.
