Managing Your Subscription

Subscription management is separate from the Ramp for FE portal.

To manage your subscription, visit: https://rampforfe.com/my-account/

Click the "Lost your password?" link on the login page to reset it.


Dashboard Overview

Once logged in, you'll see your main account dashboard and a navigation menu on the left-hand side.

From this menu, you can access the following sections:


Orders

  • Displays a record of any one-time purchases.

  • Here, you can view your original subscription order and any additional purchases (e.g., extra transaction credits).

  • You can also see which subscriptions are tied to each order.


Subscriptions

  • View the status of your active, suspended, or cancelled subscriptions.

  • From this page, you can:

    • Upgrade your plan

    • Request to cancel your subscription


Addresses

  • Update your billing address as needed.

  • Click "Addresses" to make changes.


Payment Methods

  • View and manage the payment methods used for subscription renewals.

  • You can add, remove, or update payment methods here.


Account Details

  • Change or update your name, email address, or password associated with your account.
