Overview
Subscription management is separate from the Ramp for FE portal.
To manage your subscription, visit: https://rampforfe.com/my-account/
Logging In
Since this login is separate from the Ramp for FE portal, a new password needs to be set for your account. To do this, click the "Lost your password?" link on the login page to reset it.
The email used must be the email originally used to setup the subscription. If you need help changing or finding what email was used, please contact us at help@rampforfe.com
Dashboard Overview
Once logged in, you'll see your main account dashboard and a navigation menu on the left-hand side.
From this menu, you can access the following sections:
Orders
- Displays a record of any one-time purchases and your renewal orders.
- Here, you can view your original subscription order and any additional purchases (e.g., extra transaction credits).
- You can also see which subscriptions are tied to each order.
Subscriptions
- View the status of your active, suspended, or cancelled subscriptions.
- From this page, you can:
- Upgrade your plan
- Request to cancel your subscription
Addresses
- Update your billing address as needed.
- Click "Addresses" to make changes.
Payment Methods
- View and manage the payment methods used for subscription renewals.
- You can add, remove, or update payment methods here.
Account Details
- Change or update your name, email address, or password associated with your account.
