Do Ramp Custom Fields Get Affected by the Ramp for FE Integration?

Ramp allows users to create custom fields within its platform. A common question we receive is whether the Ramp for FE integration impacts these custom fields in any way. The short answer is no - Ramp custom fields are not affected by our integration.

• The Ramp for FE integration only manages and syncs specific fields that are part of the integration mapping.

• Custom fields created directly in Ramp are not managed or modified by the integration.

• Any data entered into these Ramp custom fields will remain intact and will not be overwritten or removed by the integration.

Important Note About Disconnecting the Accounting Connection

If the Ramp account is ever disconnected from the accounting system (e.g., Blackbaud Financial Edge NXT), Ramp may remove or stop showing some custom fields.
