Overview:
While our integration with Blackbaud Financial Edge allows us to record payments, we do not have access to sensitive payment details such as banking or ACH information on the Blackbaud side.
Important Notes:
We cannot view or retrieve banking, ACH, or account-specific payment details from within Financial Edge.
The recording of payments is supported by the integration, but payment setup and management must be completed directly within Ramp.
As part of your Ramp setup process, you will need to manually configure any required payment or banking information.
